One person sent to hospital after driving off parking garage in Lexington
A person was taken to a hospital after Lexington police say they drove off a two-story parking garage at the Mall at Lexington Green.
The wreck happened at 8:57 a.m. Monday at a parking garage in the 200 block of Lexington Green Circle. Lexington police Lt. Nick Whitcomb said the person drove through cables surrounding the second-story of the parking garage and landed on the ground level below.
The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries, said Whitcomb.
