Two drivers seriously injured in head-on collision, state police say
Two drivers were seriously injured in a head-on collision in Bourbon County Thursday, according to Kentucky State Police.
The crash happened on Austerlitz Road. KSP said the driver of a Chevrolet Traverse crossed into the oncoming lane and collided head-on with a Jeep Wrangler.
The drivers of both vehicles were transported to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital with serious injuries, according to KSP. The names of the drivers are not being released at this time.
The collision remains under investigation by KSP post 6.
