15th annual ‘Kiwanis 4 Kids’ is Friday

The Lexington Kiwanis Club will hold its annual fundraising event, Kiwanis 4 Kids, at 6 p.m. Friday at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort. The event raises funds for underprivileged children in Lexington, the Bluegrass area and beyond.

Projects funded by the Kiwanis 4 Kids event are a partnership with Harrison Elementary School, Shoulder to Shoulder Global, the Carnegie Center, Meals on Wheels, the Bob Brown House, the Salvation Army bell ringers and the Henry Clay Key Club.

The event will begin with entertainment and a silent auction at 6 p.m. Dinner will be at 7 p.m., and a live auction at 8 p.m. Tickets are $50 per person.
