Guns and Hoses pits Lexington Police, Fire departments in softball game

Members of the Lexington Fire Department and the Lexington Police Department played each other in a charity softball game Sunday afternoon. The 11th annual game was held at Whitaker Bank Ballpark before the Lexington Legends played the Augusta GreenJackets. After being down 4-1 in the early innings of the game, the police ended up getting the upper hand on their firefighter friends and won 8-6.
