Man rescued after falling 75 feet off cliff in Menifee County

Search and rescue teams say a 23-year-old man fell 75-feet from a cliff in Menifee County on Saturday night.

The call to search and rescue teams in the area did not come in until 12:45 p.m. Sunday. Search and rescue crews say after the man fell he was trapped in between two rocks. The incident happened off Amos Ridge Road near Frenchburg.

WKYT reports the victim was flown from the scene to a local hospital. The condition of the man was not known Sunday night.
