Downtown Lexington Corp. wants to know who’s the best in downtown

The Downtown Lexington Corp. is accepting nominations for its 2017 DLC Awards of Excellence, which recognize businesses, organizations and/or individuals in six categories: urban innovation, landscape/streetscape, leadership achievement, perfect partner, outstanding individual and the Smiley Pete category.

To submit a nomination, email Robert@downtownlex.com by Sept. 29. Include the nominee’s name, the desired award and why the person deserves the award.

Winners will be announced Dec. 4 at the DLC’s annual meeting and luncheon at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown. Tickets are $40 for DLC members and $45 for non-members. For more information, go to Downtownlex.com.
