Baughman graduates, Marhoven promoted

Graduation

▪ U.S. Air Force Airman Dillin R. Baughman has graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Baughman is the son of Billy West, the stepson of Vanessa Spicer, and the brother of Elijah West and Sky West, all of Lexington. The airman is a 2017 graduate of Henry Clay High School.

Promotion

▪ Army Lt. Col. Eric W. Marhover has assumed command of 11Th Military Police Battalion, Criminal Investigation Command, as the commanding officer. Marhover began his U.S. Army service in 1990. He is the son of Paul Marhover of Bryan, Ohio, and Judy Marhover of New Haven, Ind. The officer graduated in 1990 from New Haven High School, New Haven, Ind., and earned a master's degree in 2017 from Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond.
