The League of Women Voters will discuss redistricting and gerrymandering in Kentucky from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the downtown Lexington Public Library’s Farish Theater, 140 East Main Street.

The question of whether we choose our legislators or if they choose us will be examined by a panel of legislators who have filed bills in past sessions to address some of the challenges of redistricting and who will discuss their perspectives on the issue.

Invited panel participants are Susan Perkins Weston, League of Women Voters; Republican Sen. Albert Robinson,District 21; Democratic Rep. James Kay, District 56; and Cindy Heine, moderator.
