Fayette County coroner identifies Lexington motorcyclist killed in a crash
A motorcyclist is dead after being involved in an accident in Lexington, according to Lexington police and the Fayette County Coroner’s Office.
The collision was reported to police just after 7 p.m. Monday. It took place at the intersection of Versailles Road and Delmont Drive, according to Lt. Daniel Truex with the Lexington Police Department. The Fayette County Coroner’s Office said the crash was a one-vehicle accident.
The coroner’s office responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead at the site of the crash. The victim was identified as Dylan George, 25.
George was not wearing a helmet during the crash, according to the coroner’s office.
No other details about the accident have been released by police yet.
