Fire damaged two floors of a Lexington mixed-use development late Saturday afternoon.

The Lexington Fire Department was called to 154 Patchen Drive, off Richmond Road, at 5:01 p.m. Saturday, and crews arrived on the scene at 5:04 p.m.

A fire on the second and third floors was put out and crews were hitting hot spots as of just after 5:30 p.m., said Capt. Steve Lewis of the Lexington Fire Department.

No injuries had been reported at that time, Lewis said.

The Patchen Village property includes retail and office space, as well as loft apartments, according to a leasing website.

A salon appeared to be located directly below the fire damage.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
