Police arrest man who fired shots into home Sunday
The charges against Hunter Craig were subsequently dismissed, according to court records.
A man after he was accused of firing a shot at a Lexington home Sunday was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment Sunday.
Hunter Craig, 23, is accused of firing two shots, one into the sky and one toward the home, off Versailles Road, about 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
The woman who lives in the home told police that Hunter is an ex-boyfriend who has harassed her in the past, Lexington Police Lt. Clay Combs said. She also accused him of painting an expletive on her driveway.
Police arrested Craig at noon Sunday and confiscated a gun, Combs said.
The woman living in the home took video on her cellphone as the shots were fired, Combs said.
Hunter was being held in the Fayette County jail.
