Crime of the Week
Just before midnight on Oct. 16, a black man entered the Circle K at 3469 Buckhorn Drive as a store clerk restocked the shelves, police say. The man had a white cloth pulled over his face. He drew a black pistol and demanded cash and Newport cigarettes. The clerk complied, and the man casually left the store.
Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the solving of this crime.
Suspect of the Week
This week’s Suspect of the Week is Christian Damel Rider, 20. He is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. He is wanted on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree assault.
