A Lexington woman is being held on bond on charges of offering her boyfriend sex acts with a then-12-year-old girl for money.

In August, Stephanie Watts, 33, offered the girl money to have oral sex with Watts’ boyfriend, Juan Hernandez, in Watts’ home on Meadow Lane, according to court documents.

The girl told the Children’s Advocacy Center in December that when she told Watts she didn’t want to have sex with Hernandez, Watts replied, “Well you are going to,” the documents said.

The next morning Watts took $80 out of Hernandez’s pant pocket and told the girl not to say anything, according to the report.

The girlfriend of the alleged victim’s relative told police Watts drunkenly admitted the incident to her in early September while “visibly upset.” She said Watts explained the incident as if the victim “wanted to do it because Juan offered her $100.”

Watts, 33, and Juan Hernandez, 34, were arrested the night of Christmas Eve. Watts is charged with human trafficking. Hernandez is charged with sodomy, possession of cocaine and non-payment of fines relating to child support for his three children.

Watts and Hernandez are scheduled in court Monday.
