A Lexington man is dead after his vehicle hit a pole on Georgetown Road near Iron Works Pike on Saturday night.
Craig Barber, 49, hit the pole about 10 p.m. and was taken to University of Kentucky Medical Chandler Hospital, where he died of his injuries, according to a release from the Fayette County Coronor’s Office.
Funeral arrangements have not been made, the release said.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, police said.
