Woman dies Sunday morning in single-vehicle crash on Lane Allen and Harrodsburg roads

A 45-year-old woman died early Sunday morning when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a pole, the Fayette County Coroner’s office said Sunday.

Jeana Pritchett, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 3:05 a.m. Sunday morning. Pritchett was driving a vehicle that struck a traffic signal pole at the intersection of Lane Allen and Harrodsburg roads.

No other details about the accident were released Sunday. The investigation is continuing.
