Man pleads not guilty to murder of Lexington 18-year-old
A Louisville man pleaded not guilty Thursday to murder and robbery in the shooting death of 18-year-old Jamaal Tre Gossett.
Terry Lavaughn Farrell, 22, was arraigned in a Fayette County court.
Gossett was found dead from a gunshot wound in a sport-utility vehicle in November.
A Lexington detective testified at a hearing in December that police were waiting on ballistic, biological and physical evidence to be tested at the Kentucky State Police laboratory.
Farrell will appear before a judge again on March 25.
