Mary Todd Lincoln House hosts family event for Presidents Day
Activities from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. will focus on Mrs. Lincoln and the role of the first lady. Designed for ages 5-10 but free to all students in grades K-12. Adult admission $10. Free parking directly behind house, 578 West Main Street. (Mtlhouse.org)

What’s all that racket at the Opera House?

It’s baseball season
The University of Kentucky team opens its season with a noon game against Wofford on the road. It’s the first of three games in Spartanburg, S.C., against three schools in three days. The Cats’ first home game of the season is March 2.
