There was no school Monday because of Presidents Day, but that didn’t mean some children didn’t learn something. The Mary Todd Lincoln House, a historic site in downtown Lexington, held its annual Presidents Day Family Event for children. It included games and activities focusing on President Abraham Lincoln’s wife and the role of the first lady. The museum, which closes for the winter, was open just for the day. It reopens March 15.
