The survey is anonymous and has 25 questions about topics including body cameras, Lexington crime and confidence in police, according to the department.
The answers will be used to show opportunities for improvement and gauge the effectiveness of existing police programs.
The survey will be available through May 1 at http://svy.mk/1TWwLKA.
