15 Mighty Moms honored by Altrusa International of Lexington

For the seventh year, Altrusa International of Lexington has honored Mighty Moms, mothers of children who have severe disabilities.

Fifteen Bluegrass moms were honored Feb. 27 and 28 with services and activities, including haircuts, manicures, skin care and makeup sessions, jewelry making and aromatherapy. They were also treated to meals at local restaurants and overnight hotel accommodations.
