Daffodils and magnolias bring out the first colors of spring

Several days of highs in the 60s and 70s have convinced blooms that spring is here to stay. Lows in the 30s this weekend won’t be enough to chase away the color. A southern storm system will develop toward the weekend. WKYT Chief Meteorologist Chris Bailey says this has the potential to bring some rain and snow to our part of the world.
