Mollie Carey turns 101

Mayfair Manor resident Mollie Carey turned 101 on St. Patrick’s Day and celebrated the milestone with entertainer I.C. Howes. Carey’s son, Bruce Carey, and other family members were present for the celebration.

Carey received a handmade quilt, balloons, a “101 year” star for her door and numerous birthday cards. Suzy Rupp, quality-of-life director for Mayfair Manor, said Carey is a vivacious, friendly resident who attends most of the facilities activities.
