19-year-old woman escapes Estill County jail
Kentucky State Police are after a woman who escaped Tuesday from the Estill County jail.
Francis N. Stamper, 19, of Irvine was being held after failing to appear in court on a shoplifting charge, according to state police. Stamper ran from the jail after escaping about 12:30 p.m.
Stamper, who is 5-foot-3 and weighs 153 pounds, was last seen wearing a green shirt and black leggings.
