Support group for grandparents raising children of relatives meets Thurday

Under the watchful eyes of his grandparents Gerald and Marie Wedding of Owensboro, Cooper Wedding, 6, climbed the rock wall. It was one of several child-friendly attractions.

Grandparents and Caregivers Raising Children of Relatives Support Group meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Fayette County Extension Office, 1140 Red Mile Place.

Attendees will learn about resources, access to services and care-giving training. The meeting is free.
