The Fayette County Coroner’s Office said Naomi Niles, 65, of Nicholasville, died at the University of Kentucky medical center at 7:53 a.m. as a result of blunt force trauma.

Niles was involved in a single-vehicle collision while heading north on U.S. 27 near Vince Road at about 6:30 a.m., the coroner’s office said.
