Missing mother and children with special needs found in McCreary
A mother and two grown children with special needs were found Thursday in McCreary County, two days after they were reported missing, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office said.
Sandra Diane Webster, 76, was taken to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset for an undisclosed medical reason. Robert Janicki, 49, and Patricia Ann Janicki, 54, were released to family, the sheriff’s office said.
The sheriff’s office had issued a Golden Alert on Tuesday when the three went missing.
Webster required medication and was reported to have been confused before she went missing.
Robert Janicki has cerebral palsy and limited speech. Patricia Janicki has autism and suffers seizures.
