Body in burning vehicle found in Lexington

A body was found in a burning vehicle Sunday morning in Lexington’s Shillito Park.

The investigation into the death is ongoing “however there are indications that this is a suicide,” said Lexington Police’s public information officer Brenna Angel in a news release.

“The cause of death will be determined by the Fayette County Coroner upon completion of an autopsy,” Angel said.
