Man arrested in Grant County murder investigation

Kentucky State Police arrested a Grant County man Saturday in an ongoing murder investigation.

At 6 p.m. Saturday Barry Kenner, 51, called the Grant County 911 and said he had been shot by Paul James Jr., 39, of Corinth, according to Kentucky State Police.

After Kentucky State Police arrived, Kenner was airlifted to University of Cincinnati Hospital, where he died. Police arrested James later that night.

The Kentucky State Police are still investigating the details surrounding the shooting.
