Women arrested after Kentucky State Police find 128 pounds of suspected drugs

Two California women were arrested after Kentucky State Police said they were found during a traffic stop with 128 pounds of suspected marijuana.

State police said they stopped the vehicle at the 92-mile marker on Interstate 65 in Hardin County at 11:05 p.m. Thursday.

The driver, Lakotawind Destiny Jimenez, 24, of Sun Valley, Calif., and passenger, Glenazia Sinynte Mobley, 25, of Lake Elsinore, Calif., were charged with trafficking in marijuana over five pounds, first offense, state police said. Jiminez also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both women were being held in the Hardin County Detention Center.
