Three people from Cincinnati have been arrested and charged in a shooting that left two men dead and a woman injured in Pike County.

Kentucky State Police in Pikeville found the three people shot when they were called to a home in the Belfry community Friday, state police said in a news release.

Rodney Estep, 38, of Lexington, and Jacob Adair, 28, of Belfry, were pronounced dead at the scene on Ky. 292 West by the Pike County Coroner’s Office. Chasity Adair, 28, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds, state police said.

Jacob Adair and Chasity Adair were husband and wife, according to Trooper Michael Coleman.

Orlando Pack, Jolon McCree and Devon Overstreet, all of Cincinnati, have each been charged with two counts of complicity to murder and one count of attempted murder, according to the release.

The three suspects initially got away in a white Dodge Charger after the shooting, according to arrest citations for McCree and Overstreet. Just after 3 p.m. Friday, the Dodge Charger was spotted on I-64 in Grayson but it fled. McCree was driving the vehicle, court documents allege.

McCree and the others got away from police but the vehicle was spotted by another officer on KY Highway 7 in Carter City, according to court documents. A second pursuit took place on KY Highway 9, where the vehicle drove in and out of oncoming traffic, causing other vehicle to swerve to avoid collisions.

The pursuit ended on KY Highway 9 about 5 miles into Lewis County, according to court documents. The suspects surrendered and were taken into custody.

In addition to charges of complicity to murder and attempted murder, McCree is charged with six counts of wanton endangerment, fleeing police, auto theft, excessive speeding and improperly driving on the left side of the road, according to court documents. Overstreet was charged with facilitation to evading police and auto theft, according to his arrest citation.

They were being held Saturday in the Carter County Detention Center, according to the jail website.
