1 injured after a gun was fired at a Lexington Buffalo Wild Wings. Police seek tips

One person was injured after a gun was fired at a Lexington restaurant Sunday evening, according to the Lexington Police Department.

Police said the shooting happened in the 3000 block of Old Todds Road just before 7:30 p.m. Lt. Meredith Taylor with LPD said one person suffered minor injuries and was treated by the Lexington Fire Department.

Hannah Sloan, a spokesperson for the Lexington Police Department, confirmed Monday morning that the incident happened at Buffalo Wild Wings. The altercation was described by police as “a disorder with shots fired.” Sloan also confirmed that the victim’s injuries weren’t from a gunshot wound and they didn’t need to be taken to a hospital.

Police didn’t provide any information about a suspect. Taylor asked anyone with information about the incident to contact LPD or Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
