An 18-year-old man is being charged with murder after police say he beat one of his family members to death.

Erlanger Police Department arrested Wyatt Testerman yesterday around 2 p.m. while responding to reports of an assault.

Police found 74-year-old Cheri Oliver inside a home with head trauma, and she was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Testerman is charged with murder and is being held in the Kenton County Detention Center. The police determined the killing stemmed from a dispute between family members.
