A Eubank man is charged with murder after he is alleged to have crashed into a motorcycle and killed the driver Saturday night.

Kentucky State Police charged Larry Stull, 63, with murder and driving with a DUI suspended license after he crashed into a motorcycle which ejected both passengers. Alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor in the collision, police said.

The Kentucky State Police was notified of a two-vehicle fatal collision 8 p.m. Saturday on US 27 Near Floyd Switch Estesburg Road in Pulaski County.

An initial investigation shows Stull was traveling north US 27 when his 2015 Nissan Altima struck a 2005 Kawaski motorcycle.

Chester L. Dick, 63, years old of Somerset, was driving the motorcycle, and was ejected with his passenger, Lori Lisle, according to state police.

Dick died at the scene from his injuries. Lisle was taken by Pulaski County EMS to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital for serious physical injuries.

Stull is housed at the Pulaski County Detention Center, according to jail records. His first court appearance is scheduled for Monday.

The investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 11.
