Lexington coroner identifies teen killed in shooting

The Lexington Police Department is investigating the city’s 13th homicide after teenager was shot and killed.

Juan Angel Martinez-Bustos, 18, died from a gunshot wound, according to the Fayette Coroner Gary Ginn.

Ginn ruled the death a homicide.

The shooting happened Oct. 3 on Devonport Drive, near Versailles Road. Martinez-Bustos died at the University of Kentucky Hospital.
