A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run late Tuesday in Lexington.
Lexington police were dispatched around 8:45 p.m. to the 400 block of West New Circle Road for a report of a hit-and-run. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at a hospital.
No information was available Wednesday about the suspect’s vehicle, and the identity of the pedestrian has not been released.
Police ask anyone with information about the incident to call 859-258-3600.
