Kentucky man charged with uploading photos of women and children to porn site
A Kentucky man has been arrested after investigators say he uploaded more than 18,000 photos of women and children to a porn website without permission, according to court documents.
Zackery Robinson, 29, of Caneyville, is charged with seven counts of promoting a minor younger than 16 in a sex performance, five counts of distributing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor younger than 12, five counts of possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor younger than 12, 27 counts of second-degree stalking and one count of tampering with physical evidence, according to court records.
His arrest warrant says he ran a systematic and prolific scheme of taking photos of women and children from social media, without their permission, and uploading them to a website where users degrade women.
The website features user-uploaded pornographic media and advertises itself as a “moral-free file host where anything legal is hosted forever.”
Most of the victims were Grayson County residents, according to the arrest warrant. Some of the victims included the Grayson County sheriff’s daughter, multiple Kentucky State Police troopers’ wives and children, and Samara Heavrin, the state representative for the 18th District.
“While many of the photos were of clothed women, the horrific comments posted by users of the website are something that will take years for these women to overcome,” Heavrin said on Facebook. “This behavior is unacceptable.”
Robinson operated his account under a pseudonym and titled the photos with the victims’ first name and first letter of their last name, according to the arrest warrant. Robinson didn’t name the juveniles but captioned the photos as “sexy mix.”
Robinson made threatening comments on his own posts, according to the arrest warrant. Robinson was also found to have possessed and distributed child pornography, and some of the images he possessed could have been computer-generated, according to his arrest citation.
Robinson tried to delete the evidence to prevent KSP from finding it, according to his arrest citation.
Robinson is being held at the Grayson County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond, according to jail records. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Grayson District Court Wednesday morning, according to court records.
KSP trooper Scotty Sharp said more charges could be coming.
Grayson County is about 120 miles southwest of Lexington, north of Bowling Green.
An investigation by KSP began Sunday, according to the Grayson County Attorney’s Office. Any victims of the crime are encouraged to call the attorney’s office at 270-259-9306.
In an update Wednesday, the Grayson County Attorney’s Office said it has received more than 300 calls from victims, parents of victims and potential victims.
