A Georgetown man was found dead on the roof of a farm store in Boyd County caused by a workplace fatality, according to the coroner.

Jesse Graham, 43, was working on an air conditioning unit on the roof of a Rural King at the time of “incident” and employed by Titan Heating and Air, according to Boyd County Coroner Mark Hammond.

Hammond did not disclose information about the incident, or what led to Graham’s death.

Hammond was called to Camp Landing near the Rural King Friday night, where Graham’s body was discovered on the roof. His body has been taken to the state medical examiner in Frankfort for an autopsy.

The incident is being investigated as a workplace fatality and is in its preliminary stages, Hammond said.

The investigation is being led jointly by the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Administration (KY OSHA) and the Boyd County Coroner’s Office.
