A popular rapper was arrested Sunday in Kentucky after trying to film a video on Interstate 75, slowing traffic on the busy highway, according to court documents.

London police received several calls around 6 p.m. for a suspicious vehicle parked along the interstate in Laurel County. Police said Enoch Tolbert, whose stage name is Armani White, ran across the southbound lanes of the interstate, climbed the center barrier and danced on top of it.

Several others were standing on the interstate and running around, causing traffic to slow down, according to court documents. Tolbert told police he was shooting a video.

Tolbert, 31, was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and stop/stand/park on a limited access highway, according to court records. Police said he was booked in the Laurel County Detention Center, but he was released from jail later Sunday.

Tolbert, under his stage name Armani White, has nearly 4 million listeners monthly on Spotify. His biggest song, “Billie Eilish,” has more than 400 million plays on Spotify.

He performed a show alongside T-Pain in Newport on Saturday.

His next scheduled court appearance is Oct. 28 for a pretrial conference.
