A former paramedic in Kentucky who admitted to distributing child pornography on the internet was sentenced to 13 and a half years in prison Tuesday, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Bradley Callahan, 38, of London, pleaded guilty to a federal count of distribution of child pornography in June. He used to work for Ambulance Inc., according to court documents.

From September 2023 to March 2025, Callahan distributed child pornography on a dark web marketplace, which contained links to videos. Court documents say he made 19 posts containing child porn during that timeframe.

As part of a plea deal, a possession of child pornography charge was dropped. The DOJ said Callahan must serve at least 85% of his sentence and will be on probation for 10 years when he is released.

The website Callahan distributed child pornography on, which shut down in 2024, was only accessible on the Tor network, used for anonymous communications, according to court documents.

In June 2024, the FBI learned someone accessed the website from an IP address at Callahan’s home. During a March interview, Callahan admitted to accessing Tor dark websites and trading child porn with other internet users.
