Woman is 2nd person charged in Lexington homicide
A second arrest has been made in the killing of Jered Taylor, who was shot four times in the upper body last month.
Latasha Ramez Parks, 24, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of facilitation of murder, police spokeswoman Sherelle Roberts said.
On May 25, Taylor was found dead on Carver Road.
Darryl William Stewart Jr. was arrested three days later. He was charged with murder and tampering with evidence.
A detective testified in a hearing that Taylor was killed after a drug deal "went south."
