Funeral arrangements set for slain Somerset defense attorney

Funeral arrangements have been set for a Somerset defense attorney shot and killed as he arrived at work Friday morning.

Visitation for Mark Stanziano, 57, will begin at 6 p.m. Monday at Southern Oaks Funeral Home, 2110 West Highway 914, Somerset. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday, with funeral services at 3 p.m. at the funeral home, according to an online obituary.

Police said Clinton David Inabnit, 40, shot Stanziano multiple times on the sidewalk outside his office. He was arrested by a sheriff's detective who saw the shooting unfold.

Somerset police Capt. Shannon Smith said police executed a search warrant Friday at Inabnit's apartment, which is across the street from the law office, and seized ammunition and electronic devices. An autopsy was completed Saturday, he said.
