A Lexington man faces murder and robbery charges in connection with the Nov. 22 shooting death of Jamaal T. Gossett, police said Thursday.
Terry Lavaughn Farrell, 22, was charged Thursday and lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.
On Nov. 22, officers were dispatched to a call at Kent Drive and Cabot Drive in Lexington where shots were reportedly fired.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found Gossett with a gunshot wound and lying in a sport utility vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
