Police charge 15-year-old with murder in death of Andres Soto Jr.
Lexington police have charged a 15-year-old with murder in connection with the shooting death of Andres Soto Jr. last week.
Soto, 20, died early Dec. 6 at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital after being found with a gunshot wound on Oxford Circle at 3:25 a.m.
It was Lexington’s 17th homicide this year.
The juvenile, who was not named, was arrested and charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence, according to Lexington police.
