Crime of the Week

Lexington police are asking for your help to catch the man who robbed the Speedway at 447 East New Circle Road on Nov. 6. Just before 2 a.m., the man walked to the side of the building and confronted a clerk who was outside on her break. The man told the clerk he did not wish to harm her and ordered her inside. He demanded cash, then escaped on foot. The man is described as white, with brown eyes, weighing about 250 pounds. Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the solving of this crime.

Suspect of the Week

Authorities are looking for Tezman Cole on charges of trafficking cocaine and tampering with evidence. Cole is described as 21, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds.
