Police seek skeleton-masked robber of store in Bath County

State police are looking for an armed man who stole cash and cigarettes Sunday from a food mart in the Bath County village of Sharpsburg.

The man entered the Town and Country Food Mart carrying a long gun and wearing a gray hoodie, dark pants and a skeleton mask, according to Kentucky State Police in Morehead.

The masked man demanded money and cigarettes from the clerk before running in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.

State police asked people with tips to call Post 8 at 606-784-4127.
