Crime of the Week

This week’s Crime of the Week is a burglary from University Village Apartments near the University of Kentucky campus. at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 3, surveillance video showed a man dropping a belt into a door frame, keeping the door to the apartment workout facilities from closing and locking. About 7:30 p.m., a second man arrived and tried to cover and disable security cameras before stealing a flat-screen television.

Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the solving of this crime.

Suspect of the Week

The Suspect of the Week this week, Christopher Loving, is wanted on charges of being a felon in possession of a handgun, kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and fleeing from police. Loving, 31, is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds.
