Crime of the Week

This week’s Crime of the Week is actually more than one crime — a series of robberies from the Speedway at 2301 Versailles Road between December and this month. On six occasions during that time, police say, the same man has robbed the station. He’s described as black, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 150 pounds. His method is to enter the store, then immediately draw a handgun and point it at the clerk. Police chased him once, but he got away. He is believed to live in the Versailles Road-Alexandria Drive area.

Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the solving of this crime.

Suspect of the Week

The Suspect of the Week this week, Eldronte Domonique Washington, 30, is wanted on charges of trafficking crack cocaine. He is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 185 pounds.
