Lexington police are investigating an early Wednesday morning stabbing at a South Limestone Street bar.

Shortly before 1 a.m., police responded to Paddock Bar & Patio, 319 South Limestone, where a fight was reported, said Sgt. Robert Goggins.

A man was stabbed during the fight and taken across the street to Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment. Goggins said the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

“We don’t know who did the stabbing yet,” Goggins said.

Goggins said police do not have a good description of the perpetrator.
