One of three people charged in the September shooting death of University of Kentucky graduate Kendra Hatcher was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list Wednesday.

Brenda Delgado, 33, is charged with capital murder, accused of hiring two people to kill Hatcher last year in Dallas, the FBI said. A reward of as much as $100,000 is being offered for information leading directly to Delgado’s arrest.

Hatcher, 35, a pediatric dentist who received her degree from UK in 2010, was shot and killed Sept. 2, 2015, in a Dallas parking garage at her apartment complex, according to news reports.

Delgado is a dental hygienist and the ex-girlfriend of the man Hatcher was dating at the time of her death. She has ties to Mexico, and investigators believe she is living there, the FBI said.

The two co-conspirators Delgado is accused of hiring to kill Hatcher were arrested in 2015.

Dallas police arrested Crystal Cortes, 23, on Sept. 4, 2015, and charged her with capital murder in Hatcher’s death. Kristopher Love, 31, was also arrested and charged with capital murder and a federal firearms charge in the case.

Delgado is 506th person and the ninth woman to be put on the Top Ten Wanted Fugitives list, the FBI said.

Delgado is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about Delgado’s location is asked to call the Dallas FBI field office at 972-559-5000 or submit a tip at tips.fbi.gov. Anyone outside of the United States is asked to contact the nearest American embassy or consulate.
