Mount Sterling man charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography
A man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on 20 counts of possession of child pornography.
Jason Lee Roe, 35, of Mount Sterling, was charged with one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor in addition to the 20 counts of possession, according to Kentucky State Police.
